The Attunement Card is used to bridge imbalances in the body's energy system and release the body's energy flow. When there is an even flow of the life force throughout the body-mind clear, communication channels between the subtle bodies and the physical are reestablished. Use of the Attunement Card helps the system to absorb all other Transend cards more effectively. If there is a weakened energy field the Attunement Card should be used for about one hour daily preferably before use of any other Transend cards. This card is usually used alone. Usage - The body will work to integrate the vibrations from the card for a period of time. The exact amount of time will fluctuate depending on the degree of disharmony and imbalance being addressed. Because of the comprehensiveness of the vibrational program in the card, gradual adaptation to its use is advisable. To adjust to the energy shifts caused by the card, it is recommended that one start out slowly -- wear it for approx. 1-2 hours daily. As one adjusts to the card, the amount of time the card is worn, can be gradually increased. Clearing, strengthening, and balancing will occur gradually. Consistency and regularity of use are important. Effects - As the vibrations of the card interact with the body's energy field, the individual may notice an energy shift... almost as though a wave of energy is passing back and forth for a short period of time. Energy sensations, bodily changes and deep relaxation can occur all at once or in stages. Heat or tingling may also be felt. One may notice the body releasing stress in other ways. A sense of moving into a deep place of relaxation is common while the energies are being absorbed. Initially, it is also possible to feel "over energized". This is due to the body adapting to the energy shifts that are occurring. This is a temporary reaction and in this case, one may choose to use the card for less time or to remove the card temporarily. Easing into use of the card will help the body adapt to more and more light absorption as a greater amount of the life force is activated. As one gains a clearer perception of the feeling of contraction that occurs in negative or toxic states, and one becomes more sensitive to one's inherent Radiant Life Energy, one's sensitivity, vitality and balance increase. Taking responsibility for one's habit's, lifestyle, belief systems and attitudes is an important part of this process Water - The energy program from this card transferred into water offers the same benefits as wearing the card. Only one card should be transferred at a time. If you choose to transfer the energy of the card into water, simply place the card under a 6 ounce glass of water - gold grid positioned under the glass.
