About ZY Qigong
Zhong Yuan Qigong (ZY
Qigong) is a Chinese practice for self development and healing. It combines
movement, breath, and meditation to activate, store and focus qi or energy for
personal cultivation, healing yourself and others, and clearing toxic energies.
As in all the Qigong practices, it integrates your physical, emotional,
mental and spiritual bodies, increasing your sensitivity to your life force in
your own body and spirit.
Practitioners use tools such as
Image Therapy to heal themselves and others of chronic and "incurable"
ailments. It nurtures the life force energy within and uncovers our
unlimited potential to understand ourselves and all who share this
and other worlds with us. It enables one to raise the collective consciousness through
ones own comprehension and experience. With abundant, balanced and well-flowing qi within ourselves,
you rise above stress, depression and mundane
concerns to see and experience life with health, longevity,
wisdom, and happiness.
Wisdom - Develop potential
functions of the brain. Develop abilities to communicate with the universe.
And, develop all-dimensional view
Health - Eliminate spiritual
disease: end depression, stress, grief, sadness, frustration, anger, greed,
ignorance and loneliness through the development of love, transcendence of
ego, understanding and wisdom. Eliminate energy diseases: fatigue, poor
memory, low energy, diseases of a weakened immune system. Eliminate physical
disease and chronic pain. Prevent disease and bring about wellness.
Universal Living -
Understand your life cycle—past, present and future (where you come from,
where you are going). Understand your life range—in this world and others.
Understand you are never alone, but always a part of the universe. (Thoughts
and behaviors will go out into the universe and come back to you.)
Definition of "Universe": Time: What you do now must be
right for you, past and future. Space: Not only this place, but all
