RETURN POLICY: Most of the products sold on this web site include a 10-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product, and your purchase price LESS a 15% RE-STOCKING fee will be refunded. Shipping/Handling and Insurance Charges are not refundable. All returns must be in new, undamaged condition and must include all accessories, manuals, and paperwork. Everything must be in their original packaging, and returned via insured, traceable delivery. The items that are not returnable, clearly state this fact in the product description. Special Order products and custom made items are not returnable.
